Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital product must not have been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way. Once a product is accessed or delivered via email, download link, or account activation, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Downloadable software products that have been accessed or activated

  • Subscriptions once the service has started

  • Any digital content already delivered to your email, account, or device

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Technical issues with the product that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time

  • Duplicate payments due to system errors

Refund process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary

  3. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@nexustech.pk

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted digital products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the digital product provided is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible. In such cases, we will replace it with the same or equivalent product.
